90ji Terms & Conditions

1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the 90ji website accessible at https://90ji.io and all associated mobile browser interfaces, services, products, and content offered therein.
• "90ji", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the operator of the 90ji Platform, operating under an international gaming licence.
• "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who registers an account with or accesses the 90ji Platform.
• "Account" means the personal account opened by a Player on the 90ji Platform following successful registration.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise stated.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet credits, or bonus amounts credited to a Player's Account as part of a promotional offer.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds or a qualifying deposit must be staked before withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka (৳), the primary transactional currency on the 90ji Platform for Bangladesh-based Players.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process 90ji conducts before processing withdrawals or as required by internal compliance procedures.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the 90ji Platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the 90ji Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease use of the 90ji Platform and close your Account by contacting our support team.

90ji reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. See Section 14 (Amendments) for further details.

3 Account Registration

To access real-money betting, gaming, or any transactional services on the 90ji Platform, you must first create an Account. The following conditions apply to Account registration:

• You may hold only one (1) Account on the 90ji Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended and balances forfeited.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and Bangladesh mobile number.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your Account information and must update it promptly should any details change.
• Account registration is offered to individual natural persons only. Corporate, institutional, or third-party registrations are not permitted.
• 90ji reserves the right to decline any registration application without being required to provide a reason.

3.1 Account Verification (KYC)

90ji may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) at any time, including but not limited to before processing your first withdrawal, upon reaching cumulative deposit thresholds, or when required by internal compliance review. Accepted verification documents typically include:

• Government-issued national identity card (NID) issued by Bangladesh Election Commission
• Valid passport
• Bangladesh driving licence
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the past three months)

Failure to complete KYC verification within the time period specified by 90ji may result in temporary restriction of Account withdrawal functionality until verification is completed.

4 Age Verification & Eligibility

By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online betting and casino gaming is not explicitly prohibited under applicable local law;
• You are not acting on behalf of any third party;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of an employee of 90ji or any of its affiliated companies or technology partners;
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion arrangement, whether through 90ji directly or through any third-party responsible gaming scheme that covers the 90ji Platform.

90ji conducts age and identity verification as part of its KYC procedures. If 90ji determines at any time that a Player is under the age of 21, the Account will be immediately closed, all pending and settled bets will be voided, and any funds (net of amounts already wagered) will be returned to the source payment method where technically possible.

5 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. The following obligations apply:

• You must not disclose your password to any third party under any circumstances.
• You must not allow any other person to access or use your Account.
• You must use a strong, unique password that is not shared with any other online service.
• You must notify 90ji immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account by contacting support at [email protected].

90ji employs 128-bit SSL encryption on all connections to the Platform and operates automatic suspicious-login detection to protect player Accounts. However, 90ji cannot be held liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain reasonable security practices on your personal device or for unauthorised access that results from the disclosure of your credentials to a third party.

90ji will never ask you for your full password via email, live chat, or telephone. Any communication purporting to be from 90ji that requests your full password should be treated as fraudulent.

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Deposits

The following conditions apply to deposits made to your 90ji Account:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 BDT per transaction.
• Accepted deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Available methods may vary at 90ji's discretion.
• Deposits reflect in your Account balance immediately or within the processing time specified for each payment method.
• You may only deposit using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• 90ji does not accept cash deposits under any circumstances.

6.2 Withdrawals

The following conditions apply to withdrawals from your 90ji Account:

• Withdrawals require completed KYC verification prior to processing (see Section 3.1).
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that was previously used to make a deposit to the Account, and only in the name of the registered Account holder.
• 90ji processes withdrawal requests as promptly as possible. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method and any internal compliance checks required.
• 90ji does not charge a withdrawal fee on its end. However, individual payment providers (including bKash, Nagad, Rocket) may apply their own transaction charges, which are beyond 90ji's control.
• 90ji reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal as part of its AML (Anti-Money Laundering) and KYC obligations.
• Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been fully met.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on the 90ji Platform:

• Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the 90ji system, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player, except where specifically provided for under applicable game or sport-specific rules.
• 90ji reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, placed on an event that has been incorrectly priced due to a manifest error, or placed in circumstances where the integrity of the bet is in question.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a bet or casino game result, the records held by 90ji's systems shall be the primary reference. Where a technical fault is identified, 90ji will make a fair and reasonable determination.
• Live (in-play) betting markets are subject to suspension and re-pricing at 90ji's discretion. Bets placed during a suspension period will be voided.
• All casino games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or are delivered by licensed third-party live dealer providers. Return-to-Player (RTP) information for individual games is available within the relevant game interface where provided by the game supplier.
• 90ji does not guarantee the continuous availability of any specific game, betting market, or live dealer table. Games and markets may be temporarily or permanently withdrawn without prior notice.

7.1 Minimum & Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to individual bets, games, and live casino tables. These limits are displayed within the relevant betting or gaming interface and may vary by event, game type, account status, or promotional period. 90ji reserves the right to apply individual account-level stake limits at its sole discretion.

8 Bonuses & Promotions

90ji may from time to time offer promotional bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload bonuses, or other incentive programmes to new and existing Players. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless specific promotional terms state otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to a Wagering Requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable Wagering Requirement will be clearly stated in the specific promotion's terms at the time the offer is communicated.
• Bonus Funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and are applied to eligible bets or games only as specified in the promotion terms.
• Players may only claim each promotional offer once, per Account, per household, and per device, unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• 90ji reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or extend any promotion at any time. Any changes will be communicated through the Platform or via registered contact details where reasonably practicable.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, multiple accounts, or in violation of these Terms will be forfeited, and the Account may be suspended.
• Bonus Funds expire as specified in the relevant promotional terms. Expired Bonus Funds are removed from the Account without compensation.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 90ji Platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Account Balance and Bonus Funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Opening more than one Account on the 90ji Platform (whether under the same or different personal details);
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information;
• Using the Platform while under the age of 21;
• Depositing funds obtained through unlawful activity;
• Engaging in money laundering, including depositing funds and withdrawing them without meaningful wagering activity;
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or betting market;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other technical tools to gain an unfair advantage;
• Exploiting errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities in the Platform's software or pricing systems;
• Systematic exploitation of bonus offers in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play, including arbitrage betting strategies designed specifically to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk;
• Engaging in any form of payment fraud, including unauthorised use of a third party's payment method;
• Attempting to circumvent any security, compliance, or responsible gaming measure implemented by 90ji.

10 Suspension & Termination

90ji reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice. Circumstances that may lead to Account suspension or termination include, but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited activity (see Section 9);
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute filed against a deposit;
• Regulatory or compliance requirements;
• At the Player's own request, including as part of a self-exclusion arrangement.

Where an Account is closed due to a Player's breach of these Terms, any Account Balance remaining at the time of closure may be forfeited at 90ji's discretion, particularly where the balance is linked to fraudulent or abusive activity. Where an Account is closed for reasons unrelated to Player misconduct (for example, at the Player's own request), any verified Balance will be returned to the Player's registered payment method.

10.1 Player-Initiated Account Closure

You may request the permanent closure of your 90ji Account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Please note that voluntary account closure requests submitted as part of responsible gaming self-exclusion arrangements will be treated with priority and will result in permanent exclusion from the Platform for the duration specified.

11 Responsible Gaming

90ji is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing players with the tools they need to maintain control over their gaming activity. The following responsible gaming measures are available to all Account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set maximum session durations after which they will be automatically logged out.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may take a temporary break from the Platform for a defined period (e.g., 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days) during which betting and gaming activity is suspended.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who believe their gambling has become a problem may apply for permanent self-exclusion from the 90ji Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and are irreversible for the duration specified.

12 Intellectual Property

All content on the 90ji Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and data — is the exclusive property of 90ji or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written permission from 90ji;
• Use 90ji's name, logo, or branding in any context without explicit written authorisation;
• Scrape, data-mine, or extract betting odds, game data, or any other structured data from the Platform using automated means.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 90ji shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use of or inability to access the 90ji Platform;
• Any technical interruption, system failure, or data loss affecting the Platform;
• Decisions made by you based on information provided on the Platform, including odds, game results, or account balance displays;
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security;
• Any delay in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit 90ji's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law. Where 90ji's liability cannot be fully excluded, it is limited to the total value of funds deposited by you in the six (6) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

14 Amendments

90ji reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, 90ji will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice via the Platform or through a notification to your registered email address or Bangladesh mobile number. The effective date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the 90ji Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must cease use of the Platform and contact support to request Account closure.

15 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which 90ji holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved informally through the 90ji support team shall be referred to binding arbitration in the applicable jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause prevents you from exercising any statutory rights available to you under the laws of Bangladesh that cannot be excluded or restricted by private agreement.
